This month we have been lucky enough to have two fantastic coaches attend our school for rugby and boxing sessions. A big thanks to our rugby coach Jack and our boxing coach and Olympic Gold medalist Michael Caruth for introducing us to two new sports!
In art we began some work in fabric and fibre. We learned how to create a design on fabric using the running stitch. Our hessian hearts are our first creation using fabric and fibre.
Literacy has been filled with creativity and imagination as we focused on narrative writing and becoming better authors. We learned to write interesting 'hooks' and spent a lot of time editing our work to create images and choose interesting vocabulary to entertain the reader.
