We’ve had a busy and exciting September in 4th class, getting back into the swing of things! We’ve been hard at work learning how to write recounts and practising talking about ourselves in Irish through conversations with each other. In maths, we played lots of fun games to help sharpen our skills, and in art, we learnt all about the colour wheel and even tried bubble wrap printing for our self-portraits!
In PE, we learned how to play bench ball and had great fun taking part in stations for European School Sports Day. We also started reading our new class novel, James and the Giant Peach, which we’re all enjoying so far. We’re looking forward to an exciting rest of the term ahead!
