We celebrated White Cane Awareness Day on Monday in our school. We learned about how white canes are used by people with visual impairment to navigate safely. we learned what we should do when seeing someone using a white cane. Our pupils got a chance to use a white cane to naviagte through an obstacle course in the hall.
